Fallout 76: Plunging The Depths of West Virginia
Tempo: Dec. 14, 2018Fallout 76 Xbox One Digital Code Global seemed promising at first. After leaving Vault 76 secure vault in a stubborn online world filled with creatures to overcome and a rebuilt society, exploring the desert landscape of West Virginia was a dream come true.
Fallout 76 is Bethesda's first foray into the world of multiplayer games in line with the series. You are against the desert, equipped only with your mind and knowledge to keep you alive when you fight against monsters, nuclear warheads and the desolate existence of most of the fall of humanity.
Meanwhile, the game will sometimes find new excerpts from the story by discovering old news, articles and holotapes that you can listen to as you look around. This sums up a story that is no different from the one you would have developed in a classic game, albeit at a much slower and less satisfying pace.
Sometimes it is fascinating to read the terminals scattered all over the world, and the idea that everyone around you can be your nemesis is one of the most important to promote self-preservation. But in the end, there is no real engine that pushes it further.
Instead, you start using diagrams to help you get through the game once you've decided to stay and persevere, even when you're not having fun.
